Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies; Maintain records and inventory; Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff; Train staff; Oversee sales

Other Information

Cleans kitchen area equipment and utensils. Inventory food and supplies as directed by Head Baker. knowledge of the types and grades of ingredients used in general pastry and bread baking.
