This role will support the general office functions as well as providing administrative support to 3 partners. Role and Responsibilities
- As Office Administrator, you would be responsible for the overall management of office administration, where duties may include but are not limited to the following:
- General administrative duties including handling office mail, coordinating with IT support, filing official documents and correspondence, etc
- Set-up of new employeeSet-up of IT - phone system, new cell phones, and computers
- Correspondence with clients (accounting issues, re-addressing invoices, moving, etc.)
- Keeping the kitchen/backroom tidy, watering the plants
- Updating templates, or files on the computer (vacation list, computer list)Post card Mail out/Christmas Mail outOrganizing staff events
- Preparing promo packages â?"for clientsUpdating/Organizing company's Masters promo package
- Preparing project manuals - binding, printingPreparing transmittals and envelopes/packages for courier service
- Assisting with proposals
- Reviewing MERX/Biddingo/City opportunities online, alert Partners to potential opportunities (daily task)
- Booking travel, i.e. flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.Making reservations for restaurants
