Overview of the role:
As a Milestones Line Cook you support the Sous Chef and Chef in executing the culinary program in your location. You drive food quality, maintain a clean, physical plant, inspire and maintain high team morale and a standard of 100% Guest satisfaction.
You show your "Foodie Pride" every day - passion in executing existing items, and excitement about bringing new and inspired seasonal food created by Executive Chef Jason Rosso to life in your restaurant.

Supporting your Chef and developing your team is a direct link to your development and growth to become a Sous Chef with us!

Responsibilities include:. Ensure Food quality is at the highest standards of Milestones established food quality and plating specifications.
. Ambassador of the Perfect Guest Experience. Driving knowledge around our food and beverage program, as well as hospitality and salesmanship.
. Ensure compliance of all standards and procedures relating to HACCP and provincial workplace safety standards. . The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate behaviours that align with our culture of improvement, growth and executing with excellence.
Knowledge and Skill Qualifications:
